The flat territory favors agriculture, nice walks but also quick connections.
The apartment is located on the first floor and has 3 rooms in addition to the bathroom, corridor, the terrace, the shared courtyard with a dismantled greenhouse which is ideal for groups and/or families.
It has free covered private parking available on site and there is also plenty of parking space available on the street.
The tap water is not only drinkable but data shows it’s of the highest quality.
